Nyawa Penumpang Bukan Taruhan! 🛑 Evaluasi Tegas untuk Pelayanan @pt_transjakarta

​Sebagai penumpang setia Transjakarta yang paham lika-liku naik transportasi publik, saya tidak menyangka akan mengalami kejadian semencekam ini di Koridor 2 (Rute Monas - Pulogadung, Kode Bus: TJ0205).

​Sepanjang perjalanan, sopir mengemudikan bus dengan ugal-ugalan menambah kecepatan secara tidak terkontrol di celah kendaraan dan sering melakukan pengereman mendadak.

Puncaknya terjadi di persimpangan bawah flyover Senen (sebelum Halte Toyota Rangga):

​💥 Semua Penumpang Roboh: Pengereman ekstrem membuat seluruh penumpang di area sambungan bus gandeng dan bagian wanita jatuh tersungkur ke lantai secara bersamaan. Ada bapak-bapak paruh baya yang bahkan tertindih penumpang lain akibat benturan keras ini.

​😶 Sopir Lari dari Tanggung Jawab: Setibanya di Halte Toyota Rangga, para korban turun untuk meminta klarifikasi baik-baik. Namun, sopir bersembunyi, enggan turun, dan menolak menunjukkan identitasnya.

​⚠️ Arogansi & Kesalahan Fatal Berlanjut: Setelah akhirnya dibujuk petugas untuk meminta maaf, sikap sopir tetap egois tanpa menunjukkan itikad baik atau identitas. Lebih parahnya lagi, bus langsung dijalankan saat pintu belum sepenuhnya tertutup, memicu teriakan panik penumpang lain!

​Kejadian ini bukan sekadar ketidaknyamanan, tapi sudah membahayakan keselamatan nyawa banyak orang.

​Kami menuntut evaluasi menyeluruh dan tindakan tegas dari manajemen @pt_transjakarta terhadap pengemudi yang bersangkutan agar kejadian serupa tidak memakan korban jiwa. Keselamatan penumpang harus jadi prioritas utama! 📢
