The strange things is that earlier I was working there so they had my id proof, now they have forged my document and using as POD for this shipment, voc should be needed as the POD.

Why the status is still showing as delivered? I have raised the issue multiple times that I have not received my parcel yet, although I have not received a single phone call for my parcel, Amazon is saying please wait for time for the update.
