Abhilash Gopinathan resigns from the post of State Legal Convener, BJYM, Tamil Nadu and from the primary membership of the BJP with immediate effect.
"...My decision is driven by my conviction to follow the path and vision of K. Annamalai, whose leadership, integrity, and commitment to public life inspired me to enter politics and continue to influence my political journey..," his letter of resignation reads.
With folded hands and a grateful heart, I thank every senior leader, colleague, and friend who stood by me throughout this journey. Though I step away from my primary membership, the bonds of friendship and brotherhood remain forever. Onward in public service, with humility and gratitude.
Jai Hind. Jai Bharat.
Always in Service of the Public

For the first time in a long time, I heard a politician talk about politics differently — and it genuinely caught my attention.
I'm writing this as a common man, not as a TVK supporter.
I just finished watching the full interview of Annamalai after he officially resigned from BJP and launched his new movement.
Whether you support him or not, one thing in that interview really grabbed my attention.
He spoke about bringing a completely different political culture.
For years, one question has been in my mind.
Every IAS aspirant has to clear prelims, mains, and interviews.
Doctors spend years studying and training.
Government employees work hard to earn their positions, and they all have a retirement age.
But why does the same principle not apply to politics?
Politicians are elected by the people for a fixed term, yet we often see the same faces remaining in power for decades.
In Tamil Nadu, we have seen political families continue from one generation to another.
Grandfather, son, grandson — the same families remain in politics while new people struggle to get opportunities.
That is why Annamalai's proposal caught my attention.
He spoke about introducing term limits for political positions, including MLAs, Ministers, and even Chief Minister candidates.
Honestly, if implemented properly, this could be a welcome change.
It would create opportunities for younger leaders and bring fresh ideas into politics.
Another proposal I found interesting was the idea of training candidates before they contest elections.
Many people enter politics without fully understanding governance, administration, or the responsibilities of an elected representative.
Having a proper training system for future MLAs and leaders sounds like a positive step.
For years, I have asked these questions but never found a convincing answer.
Now, for the first time, I am hearing someone openly discuss them.
Whether this movement succeeds or not will depend on how these ideas are implemented.
But the discussion itself is important.
So, I genuinely wish Annamalai all the best for his new movement.
Tamil Nadu politics needs new ideas, healthy competition, and meaningful debates.
One more thing.
I feel both DMK and AIADMK should take these developments seriously.
The political landscape is changing rapidly.
Young voters are looking for alternatives, new leadership, and different political models.
Those who are not attracted to TVK or Vijay may find Annamalai's ideas appealing.
Because of this, I personally feel Tamil Nadu politics is entering a new phase where coalition and alliance politics could become more important than ever.
These are just my personal thoughts and questions that I have carried in my mind for a long time.
I wanted to share them today.
@Randeep_Sisodia Thinking of nimble, BJP lost a golden opportunity by discarding K Annamalai's play book and Sidelining him. They had nothing to lose if they had gone along and supported him on going alone. AK had correctly identified that TN was ready for a non dravid party. Vijay picked up ..
#WATCH | Nagpur | Chairman of the Aditya Birla Group, Kumar Mangalam Birla says, "...A few days ago, Mohan Bhagwat said that to truly understand the RSS, one must look at it from within; however, because of decades of dedicated work, anyone observing the RSS from outside will also be impressed. With 83,000 branches, 6 million volunteers, 1,77,000 service activities, and countless affiliated organisations all working in one direction, it is unprecedented..."
There is oil worth thousands of crores under the ground, but it is a game of intentions of the government sitting above! Ashoknagar Oil Field is a living proof of how Mamata Banerjee’s TMC government pushed back the development of Bengal by 5 years just because of its political ambitions.
Due to the fear that the Central Government might not get credit, it kept on hold a project which could have changed the economy of entire Eastern India.
Historian Romila Thapar recently stated that Buddhists and Jains were called ‘mleccha’ in Brāhmaṇical sources.
This is incorrect. Brāhmaṇical, Buddhist and Jain sources used the word ‘mleccha’ for foreigners, barbarians or speakers of non-Indo-Aryan languages. Watch for more.
No praise is good enough for this hero duo Riyazuddin and son who emptied their shop of mattresses to spread them on ground - to cushion the fall of people jumping off from the burning hotel in Malvia Nagar. What an act of humanity and quick thinking. In that chaos to think straight and save lives - this hero deserves full compensation by MCD and commendation by the govt and also a public felicitation at a prominent place in Delhi @LtGovDelhi@gupta_rekha
Very very important
AAP leaders speak about students’ rights and democracy in Delhi, but in Punjab, ITI-qualified candidates of the 2600 Apprenticeship Union are being beaten by Punjab Police for protesting
These unemployed youths were protesting outside the Power-com Head Office in Patiala.
they were sitting at the gates and demanding justice, not engaging in violence.
Why this double standard
Why is CJP not speaking for Punjab students?
RT to expose this hypocrisy because national media won’t show you this.
My message to India 🇮🇳
India, when Abhijit Dipke (the radical founder of Cockroach Janta Party) lands at Delhi airport, I want you all to reach there and give him the grand welcome he deserves for attacking me, harassing my family, and spreading fake AI-generated videos to blackmail me!
This so-called “youth leader” is nothing but a paid agent funded by anti-Indian forces around the world. Don’t let him or people like him poison your minds against Shri Narendra Modi ji.
India is growing successfully and standing tall among the top countries in the world only because of the visionary leadership of Narendra Modi ji. He has made India proud on the global stage. India is lucky to have such a strong and dedicated leader like Modi Ji!
Let’s expose this radical left agenda once again!
Jai Hind! 🚩Jai Shri Ram! 🚩
My driver Najmul Hassan answers me when I ask why is kolkata so empty — he said ( his words) “ didi, the Bangladeshis have gone - they would squat and crowd .. so kolkata is emptier now”
India registers a whopping 7.8% growth in Q4 & an impressive 7.7% overall growth in FY26, a year filled with global turmoil, tariff wars & real wars
This news is one tight slap to all the India haters who said “India is a dead economy”
Three Kuki civilians including a women of Loibol Khullen killed by Naga Militants in Kangpokpi District of Manipur today morning at 4 AM.
Echoing a dark past when inter-tribal conflicts were marked by brutal reprisals and the glorification of violence. Notably, both communities involved in this incident are Christian, underscoring that the conflict is fundamentally ethnic and tribal in nature rather than religious.

Mulle exposing Mulle
Yesterday, I made two allegations against you and you smartly ignored them:
▪️You received grants from the US-based Pulitzer Center, an NGO funded by George Soros and Norway.
▪️You received substantial funding from the US-based Thakur Family Foundation between 2021 and 2024.
Both George Soros and the Thakur Family Foundation are widely perceived as not being well-wishers of India. Soros has openly called for the removal of the Modi government, while the Thakur Family Foundation has been accused of orchestrating campaigns against the Indian pharmaceutical industry.
My questions are:
▪️How and why were you shortlisted for these grants?
▪️When and how much funding did you receive from them?
▪️Given this background, can I reasonably assume that you accepted this money to push narratives against the Modi government and contribute to a regime-change operation?
▪️Additionally, which other organisations have provided you with funding?
Finally ❤️❤️❤️
