honest opinion on the trenches right now
(read, takes less than a minute)

NEW PAIRS:

if you have a small port, less than 2-3 sol, and no copytraders, it’s extremely hard to make it.

there are only ~200 kols controlling most new pairs, and the vamping is absolutely insane. even if you think you found a good coin and entered early, they can drill it straight to zero with another coin.

the floor is also insanely low now, around 2k.

so even if you ape at 4k, you’re not safe. you can lose 50% in seconds.

personally, i’d stay away from new pairs unless you’re a streamer, big x kol, or have a large discord/community behind you.

MIGRATED PAIRS:

whole different story.

it’s much easier to find good narratives because there aren’t that many migrated coins, and half of them are obvious slop you can instantly filter out.

you actually have time to research, find good narratives and ape.

it’s also much less risky.

for example, if you ape a coin at 400k, it needs to go down to 200k for you to lose 50%.

and it will probably happen gradually if there isn’t a bundle, bad news, or some other major reason for the dump.

you have time to react.

not like new pairs where a coin can go from 20k straight to zero without any warning.

ESTABLISHED MEMES:

my personal favorite.

this is where i think small players have the biggest chance to succeed without needing to be a streamer or kol.

find a strong narrative that you believe has the potential to become even more viral in the future.

then look for coins with a healthy chart structure — usually sideways accumulation or consistent higher highs and higher lows.

also look for active communities and coins that are at least a few days old.

imo, this is where the best risk/reward is right now.

Today was an absolute rollercoaster ngl.

had some really solid plays, but a bunch of small, sloppy trades bled me out completely. ended up wiping the entire port into the red by the end of the day.

sometimes I have to stop when I'm profitable...

but not gonna let this stop me though. tomorrow is a fresh start. honestly haven't been trading and scalping like this in a really long time, the execution will get cleaner.

adding a fresh $100 to the wallet tomorrow and picking up right where we left off.
