This is the cost of setting up a small clinic in decent place.
If you include taxes, set up costs, it is close to 1.75Cr !
Just leaving it here for people who love comment and haggle on consultation fees.
@Ugaooindia I had placed order on 23/3/26 . Expected delivery date 27/3/26.. it’s 5/4/26 n I still haven’t received my order.. chat bot is of no help. I feel I made a big mistake by placing prepaid order
Every day I understand why doctors leave India—bribe if you want to keep USG machine.. fill out form every month declaring you don’t do sex determination (even if you have no idea how to do it ) bribe to keep opioids… running an ethical small clinic here feels impossible.
I completed the course so I can officially stock opioids for cancer pain, paid all fees, submitted every document, and waited 3 months—only to be asked for a ₹15,000 bribe for the certificate that allows me stock small quantities of opioids , plus yearly “renewal” bribes.
Only reason I wanted this certificate was so my patients Who need morphine for end of life care/ cancer pain palliative care don’t have to suffer needlessly. Instead, an honest doctor is asked to pay bribe while a babu in the FDA decides whether patients get pain relief.
@Swiggy@SwiggyCares I have been breaking my head with your customer care since last 45 min .. n still no update on where is my order (which was marked delivered 50 min back and delivery partner is not answering phone). no refund processed yet? Why???
Imagine a hospital shutting its doors for weeks because doctors are on holiday. Or a police station locking up because it’s festive season. Outrage, right? Lives are at stake.
Then why do we accept the same in judiciary? When courts take endless vacations while 53 million cases rot in files, it is lives and livelihoods at stake too. People lose wages, families remain stuck in disputes, undertrials waste away in jails, all because the system thinks justice can take a break.
Add to that nearly 30% vacancies in higher courts, rising legal costs, and Bharat ranking below Sri Lanka in access to justice, this isn’t inefficiency anymore, it’s negligence.
Justice is not a 5-day job with summer breaks. Justice must be relentless, like healthcare or policing. A nation cannot afford a judiciary that goes on leave while its people wait for freedom, dignity and closure.
