Totally agreed. To me Dave Roberts is just a yes man, a front runner. When things go well he’s all smiling and yapping in front of media. But when the team is struggling, no where to be found other cameras showing his clueless facial expression. The postseason disappointments before the current dynasty was partly because of his mismanagement of the games and player rotations. Bottomline, this guy is not a leader, he won’t throw anyone under the bus, but he’s not the guy you look for inspiration when things get tough.
