You don’t have to stop wanting something before you decide to stop pursuing it.
Sometimes you still want the outcome. You’re just no longer willing to give up what getting there requires.
That deserves more thought than “never quit.”
Are you scheduled in your own calendar?
Meetings, deadlines and other people's priorities often get your attention first. Your health deserves more than just whatever time is left over.
Put exercise in the calendar before the week fills up. Then stop making it the first commitment you cancel.
@RobertGreene I would just clarify that it's not merely displaying emotion that's a sign of weakness. It's important to experience your emotions and it's okay to show them. But certainly how you display them and staying in control is important.
@AaronThackuelj@AlexHormozi It's not about whether big goals are at odds with small goals. It's about time, focus, and attention. Eliminating the small things that don't matter to focus on the big things that do.
When we make a mistake, we want people to hear our side. But when someone else makes one, we can be quick to judge.
Give them the same chance to explain that you’d want for yourself.
You’re right. Now what?
Instead of focusing on who's at fault, what are you going to do next?

@garyvee That's the best position to be in. Knowing that if all you had is what you have today, you'd be okay, but still having the desire to keep learning and growing.
When you learn about a problem late, it’s easy to ask, “Why didn’t you come to me?”
First ask yourself, “What have I taught them to expect from my reaction?”
You have to do more than tell people they can come to you. Show them.
Be the safe space.
