This is NOT a customer service issue. This is federal crime enabled by Meta's platform negligence.

- Extortionist's identity: "Alexander Mahone" (false name)
- Email: [email protected]
- WhatsApp conversation (6+ hours of extortion)
- Cryptocurrency wallet address

Meta's response? A form letter saying "the content is already active."

Our account is still disabled.

Our dental practice's Instagram account @5starsmiles was disabled based on a fraudulent copyright claim filed by an extortionist. The same person simultaneously demanded $1,000 in cryptocurrency to "recover" our account.

This is a documented federal crime. Meta has been notified but is refusing to investigate.
