We march to educate our people that being LGBTQ+ is not a barrier to having a career and that our sexual orientation and gender identity/expression matters and is valid.
We march to empower our personnel to be their true selves.

@NavyCheck @combat_boot That patch is mixed, but the only ratings you'll find have lots of kids! You won't find PO and Mrs Smith (no kids) in a big 3/4 bed house with garage living there. But you might find Lt Smith and her husband (no kids) in one. Same in Hillhead, a stones throw from the beach.
