@VanCity_Leafs @CarloColaiacovo @PR_NHL Haha, yes totally. The offside reviews just kill me too. Spend 10 minutes trying to decide if it’s a millimeter offside. As a fan it begins to feel like you can’t cheer for a goal until the puck is dropped again.

1) One was called a goal on the ice, the other one wasn’t.

2) Columbus didn’t challenge. The war room didn’t decide the outcome.

That being said, I think both goals should’ve counted.

@Jason_Strudwick I agree. If it’s not clearly offside within 2 minutes, it’s a good goal. The rule was brought in for egregious offside plays, not for millimeters offside

@BruceMcCurdy There should really be a time cap on an offside review. If they don’t score within like 30 seconds then it counts. These situations make the fan feel like they can’t cheer for a goal until the puck is dropped again
