@TSB (wish i got her details). But someone must have seen it passing and lifted it from the cash machine. #gutted. So i just left it, now ppl are saying i should have been trusted by tsb as reported it straight away. But obviously the lovely lady on Saturday was giving me (4/5)

@TSB receipt (quicker i thought) then the card came out and i remember waiting a good leghth of time before i must have gotten distracted (easy mistake when waiting a long time on your withdrawal!) So the money came out (4x£20 and 3x£10 I was told by the rude employee (3/5)
