@British_Airways traveled from LGW to ALC yesterday, checked in at club Europe ( silver member) staff member helping us was amazing! Change of aircraft and moved all the seats around, she sorted it all out. Couldn’t ask for a better service. She was polite and smiling at 5:15 am.
