Bought a @SamsungIndia Galaxy Book 4 from @flipkartsupport through OBD. Everything looked fine and the laptop was already turning on during delivery. But during the initial setup, I found that the Shift key wasn’t working at all. Really disappointed with this experience.

@HDFCBank_Cares Not looking to escalate this further. I don’t need the virtual card—I just expected the same process as others who received it on approval. What’s disappointing is the irrelevant response to a simple query. If it can’t be issued, a clear answer would have been enough. @HDFC_Bank

Requested virtual credit card details via email. Waited over a week, then got a reply saying my card is re-dispatched—which I already received earlier. Completely irrelevant and careless response. Is this seriously the level of customer service, @HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares ?

@HDFCBank_Cares Got my HDFC credit card approved, but still haven’t received the virtual card via email. Others who applied at the same time got theirs instantly. Why the delay? Is this facility only for selected users? @HDFC_Bank please clarify.
