@the_dadchef @bflay Always homemade dough; honey, yeast and water to start. Add salt, olive oil and bread flour, rise for 2 to 3 hours. Stone is key if cooking indoors; outside, this beast gets to around 625 then we throw some breads in there after to not waste the heat
