So I messaged @zavvi for over a week now trying to cancel an order. One that was advertised as massive savings in sale which actually isn't and the other has just took too long. Can't even get a response to messages in app or on here. Holding my money hostage, absolute joke.

I don't think I'm ever gonna shop with them again as when I place an order they can take 2 weeks to dispatch!!
I get orders off private eBay sellers in a couple days regular so what's zavvis excuse?
