In Kenya, author Moses Atsulu Libendi vanished on Aug 5, 2025, after publishing “Orders From Above”, a novel exposing the murder of blogger Albert Ojwang by police.
Amid 82 abductions since June 2024, 29 still missing, and 200+ protest deaths, Atsulu’s disappearance highlights a brutal crackdown on dissent.
Despite U.S. sanction threats, President Ruto’s regime remains defiant, signaling ongoing abductions and killings.

"There are reasonable grounds to believe william Samoei Ruto is criminally responsible," ICC

Dominic Kipngeno Langat well known as MUGE HILLARIOUS, Kelvin Kiplangat well know as ELVIS CHEPKOSA were heading to NAIROBI Hospital on Wednesday (4/12/2024) from home (BOMET).
They were attended to and discharged on the same day at 5pm.
On their way home at Mai Mahiiu while driving a hired private car, the vehicle was shot at three times at the tires forcing them to abruptly stop and then they got abducted.
Lari police officers towed the vehicle and it is still at Lari Police Station.
Up to date, their whereabouts remain unknown. Their parents reported the matter in Bomet with little to no assistance.
Abductions are affecting everyone even members of William Ruto’s own Kalenjin community. Nobody is safe.
