@thameswater Day 15 and the truck is back on at Bray Road and water went again earlier. Should be ashamed of yourselves. Absolutely pathetic. @thameswater@ZoeFranklinLD
@ZoeFranklinLD@will_hams@thameswater If their response is “it needs to be there to service the hospital” then that in itself is a major issue to state they are unable to service a hospital and are unaware of its setup. That’s a serious problem. It’s been nearly 2 and a half weeks!
@ZoeFranklinLD@will_hams@thameswater The truck is now off but still in place. Water is running fine. Same as last night when they left and then came back this morning. So, the issue appears to be servicing the hospital. Why can’t they service the hospital via the hospital car park. Are they unaware of the setup??
@thameswater@ZoeFranklinLD@ZoeFranklinLD the issue isn’t just the noise pollution. They left last night and all was fine and now they are back saying they’re servicing the hospital. This isn’t acceptable and there seems to be no effort from TW to fix it or offer any communication.
@thameswater@ZoeFranklinLD Day 12 of truck. Day 17 of shambles.
It’s not acceptable. They left last night and water was fine and now back saying they need to service hospital. I don’t see any TW Engineers around.
Do we need to go down a legal route?
@AlcockNews @Jeremy_Hunt@thameswater This truck has been outside our house running 24/7, which had affected us trying to sleep with this noise outside. When is this going to be fixed???
