Who is going to be in the Gaslamp tonight? I will be...

[kevin hofmockel @kevinhoffy]

My favorite time of year @Padres

[kevin hofmockel @kevinhoffy]

OB, PB, Encinitas, La Jolla, North County — A 45-second video that shows morning light, the walk to the beach, and how the house actually lives will outperform 30 stills.

That’s what I’m building my portfolio around.

Have a property in San Diego? Send the address or current listing. I’ll tell you if video would actually help.

Calling San Diego business owners ☀️

If you are still manually texting leads back and forth to book appointments, you are burning cash.

I just built a system that checks external data feeds, matches it to a calendar, and handles 100% of lead communication via automated text.

I want to build a similar hands-free system for a local service business, agency, or clinic this week.

Reply here or DM me with what you do, and let's get you out of the inbox.

@BSmile My best friend told me years later he thought I was autistic because I spent so many hours playing wall ball.

[kevin hofmockel @kevinhoffy]

@TjSimon9 This what I think about when I think about moving away from San Diego... Only with Mexican food.

[kevin hofmockel @kevinhoffy]

Welp that's the end of stars playing in the WBC #mlb

[kevin hofmockel @kevinhoffy]

#PadresTwitter conversation I had tonight. How much would it take you to voluntarily get beaned by a Luis Garcia fastball. $1300 was the high what's your low?
