Dear @KSRTC_Journeys kindly justify the Rs 2005 fare from Mumbai to Mangalore.
Internal panels rattling and charging sockets not functional.
Even when Mangalore depot has new b8r Airavat 2.0 being plyed in multiple schedules for Bangalore route.

the vehicle has no usb charging slots on its seats
all the wires and connection of the charging slots on seats are left exposed.
Now the delivery date keeps getting pushed with no clarity on refund or resolution.
As a customer, basic supply chain coordination and communication should not become our problem to solve.
