Last Friday, Stanway Rovers youth goalkeepers were treated to a number of top class keeper coaching sessions. Our First Team keeper Coach, Andy Corton worked all morning and into the afternoon with small groups of our S.R young goalkeepers.
We delighted to now be working in conjunction with the Carl Pentney Keeper Academy and Andy is Head Senior GK coach at the CPKA. We also had Kasey Clark of the CPKA along today, working with his keepers. A collaboration between the CPKA and Stanway Rovers can only benefit the Rovers keepers and the feedback was brilliant from the keepers.
