@FlySWISS Swiss has given me a "refund" of about 3% of my fare after making it impossible to reach the call center, and not offering rebooking online. If you are booking Swiss and there's any chance you change your plans, know that they are going to stonewall and keep your money.
Swiss Airlines stonewalls customers! 20 days after requesting a refund for $3,442 in tickets, I get an email saying they will refund $178.14, and it will take 21 days to get paid. No explanation why, no address to reply to, no phone number. Don't fly them. #flyswiss@flyswiss
@FlySWISS Canceled tix 20 days ago. Had one useless talk with call center (45-min wait) and sent 2 DMs, no response. You have refunded my $35 baggage fees (thanks) but not the two $1,721 tickets! Call Center on 1/4 promised full refund next day. Ref: W8985V, make it right, Swiss!

Frustration because @nyulangone will not tell me how they arrived at a $4,985 charge. They gave me number of Medical Records, but no one answers or returns the call. @KLewisNYC pls respond.
