Gary Neville: "I've watched #mufc since the age of five and that's the worst 15 minutes I've ever seen. Absolutely pathetic. I've never seen such a lack of effort. What must Carrick be thinking?" [@ChrisWheelerDM, sky]
A draw is still a shambolic result. 5/15 points in the last 5 games.
Not good enough from anybody associated with the club.
The players and manager need to do more because this isn’t it.
A lot to ponder about.
🚨🎙️ Roy Keane & Ian Wright clash over Bruno Fernandes vs Declan Rice for Player of the Year 🔴
🗣️ Roy Keane: “Ian, do you think Bruno Fernandes deserved to win the Premier League Player of the Year ahead of Declan Rice?”
🗣️ Ian Wright: “No, no. I don’t think Rice deserves it more than Bruno. Bruno had an outstanding individual season and his numbers speak for themselves.”
🗣️ Roy Keane: “But why are you making the argument about Arsenal’s overall season?”
🗣️ Ian Wright: “Because you have to look at the bigger picture. Rice was consistently at the top of his game, week after week. Arsenal won the league, and he was also performing at the highest level in the Champions League.”
🗣️ Roy Keane: “But this is the Premier League Player of the Year award. Why are you bringing the Champions League into it? I think Bruno had the better individual Premier League season. Just look at his numbers and influence.”
🗣️ Ian Wright: “But Rice won the league and reached a Champions League final. That has to count for something.”
🗣️ Roy Keane: “Why do you keep mentioning the Champions League final as if Arsenal won it? They didn’t. If we're judging the Premier League award, then let's judge what happened in the Premier League.”
🗣️ Ian Wright: “Okay, but Bruno also played just once a week in some periods. I think people should consider that when comparing the two.”
🗣️ Roy Keane: “And that doesn't take away from his individual performance. If the award is about the best individual player, Bruno Fernandes has a very strong case.
