Adam Sandler says His Daughter Keeps Begging Him to Get Back Into Zohan Shape
Adam Sandler: “When I was 18 to 23, I hit it so hard. I never looked like you. I was never jacked.”
“My daughter Sadie is always saying, ‘Dad, get the trainer from The Zohan. Why would you ever give that up? Why did you stop?’”
Joe Rogan: “You looked good during The Zohan.”
Adam Sandler: “Pretty fucking good for me. That was as good as I could get.”
“I’m like, ‘Ah, it’s a lot of work.’”
“She says, ‘Yeah, but didn’t you like the way you felt?’”
“I’m like, ‘Yeah.’”
“She goes, ‘Well, you should do that. Get that feeling back.’”
“She’s right. Everything she says is right.”
“I don’t promise her. I just go, ‘Let me think about that. That’s a good idea.’”
Joe Rogan: “The key is not overdoing it in the beginning. Start slow, make it maintainable, and build up.”
