3. Trump's lawyer wrote a letter saying this.
4. A credible source told the DOJ that he had not.
5. The government searched Mar-a-lago.
6. Cartons of documents were found . . .
7. . . .In a bathroom.
8. At first Trump claimed the FBI set him up. Then . . .
9. Trump claimed he had the right to keep the docs.
10. Witnesses said he showed them the docs.

THAT is why Donald Trump is being arraigned today.
This is an unforced error.
