@ezekgabrielse I just read your great article on Cryptographically Secure License Keys, and you mention that software is always prone to cracking. It got me thinking: Could we not obfuscate critical parts of our software, that will only decode correctly with a valid license key?

@JimZub @stacyking If you then read page 200 (DMG), you can read this about spell scrolls. It would seem that there's a difference between a "scroll" and a "spell scroll". Although I can only find one item that's a scroll and not a spell scroll: Scroll of Protection (DMG p. 199)

Is this not an error? I believe that an adventurer can only cast a spell if it is on his or her own spell list. So a party with no casters, can't use any scrolls.. @JimZub @stacyking
