@kbmcco Pass your BOC first. I hired an assistant once on the basis they pass BOC.. NO PRESSURE! 😂 You never who leaves or what opens up. I know at my place by March we know what positions need to be filled and go from there. No shortage of ATC jobs in secondary setting.
