@thecentretunnel At my school a lad-Terry Messenger lived in the Tower Block in pic behind ground. He drowned v.young & the tower was renamed Terence Messenger House after him. It was pulled down ages ago.
A mate worked in tiny fire station behind there, they used to call it Trumpton.

I was there the Friday (?) night when Birmingham got promoted, big occasion.
