@xfinitymobile I try to switch 2 numbers from xfinity to Verizon and you locked up one phone and not the other. Now I’m being told my wife may not have service for the entire weekend because you take 48 BUSINESS HOURS TO UNLOCK. Absolutely sickening and unacceptable
