@Barcabhoy1 Then we'll need to agree to disagree. DD is a NED who is allowed to carry out executive functions (e.g. hiring managers) that wouldn't be allowed in any well run listed company. If we can start appointing people who aren't St Aloyisious alumni that would be a start.
@Barcabhoy1 The Ross Desmond performance at the AGM, the communication skills (or lack thereof) of the CEO, DD "personal" statement on the club website that exposed the club to litigation risk to stroke the ego of a NED, failure to fill key roles for extended periods, to name but a few
@Auldheid@PaulJohnDykes MN salary is comparable with a FTSE 100 CFO, whose jobs are exponentially more difficult. If you refuse to appoint someone to manage recruitment the failure to conclude transfers sits with the CEO. Performance is assessed on outcomes, not effort.
@AndrewH_CelticU@mrewanmurray The most ridiculous decision from that 40 mins is the Hibs handball at the end. Collum saying that no clear evidence...as the video behind him shows clear evidence of handball. Difference is we were good enough to still win the game.
@mrewanmurray A 2nd statement where cant even bring themselves to congratulate the team who won the league. Pitch invasion shouldn't have happened but doesn't detract from fact that best team and Manager won.
Just catching up on the Sportsound Podcast from after the game yesterday. Ryan Stevenson with an all time meltdown. Wasnβt that long ago Del Boy was wading into the Celtic dugout at Tynecastle.
Having had nearly a day to consider things, only fair we get Hearts at home first day of next season so they can give us the guard of honour they were robbed of the chance to do yesterday.
@Barcabhoy1 Probably suited us going into last 10-15 needing a goal rather than trying to defend a lead. The switch to a back 3 was brave but a great decision.
