@Shopify POS @ShopifySupport Printing receipts/gift cards is vital to our business. To stop supporting usb to lightning cable printer receipts right before the holidays is a big FU to us small businesses. Why replace something that still works?

@CarloCrighton @harleyf I just got off the phone with support and they basically stopped providing support to connected printers since 2023. They said it should still work after the update, but I’m sure some dev decided to just remove support completely.

We’re now forced to purchase new receipt printer
