They are either inept or predatory but I won't be returning my router until I have finished the service they forced me to pay for and I won't contact them again because their overseas call centers make you wait up to an hour. Id rather go to Ofcom.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I want anyone researching three to know you should be VERY careful. It took me nearly an hour of wrangling to cancel an out of contract service. Now they are demanding immediate return of router even though I have a month's service left due to 30 day rule

@tescobankhelp Ok thank you. It seems really weak that your lost and stolen cards faq online only gives info for credit cards and that debits are closed. Why no info for savings cards? Surely lost cards are important.
