@rigfriends BHP seized on upstroke / waxed off / maybe a high part.
Polish rod got tangled up in or behind the horses head which mangled it. Bridal slipped off the side causing it to ride on the sharp edge of the head breaking it.
Bridal saver & regular cable inspection would have helped.
