@gregolear I've had a disproportionate number of wordle 2-bangers lately too. I think it's just words that work well with my starter words. I always start with salet and then go with either grind or groin depending on revealed vowel vs. consonant ratio.

There are some businesses (e.g. McDonald's) that included real estate acquisition in their business plan but most have no interest in land ownership. If real estate has nothing to do with your core business then engaging with a landlord is necessary.
