This isn’t the Gayatri Mantra. Your entire outrage is based on a story you simply cooked up.

The verse is from the Śikṣāvallī of the Taittirīya Upaniṣad. Its context is education: student discipline, correct recitation, moral duties, righteous conduct and becoming a better human being.

But apparently, the moment some people hear Sanskrit, comprehension shuts down and “communalism” begins.

Persian couplets and English poetry are freely performed, quoted and celebrated across college campuses. Nobody screams that the campus has been communalised. So why this allergy to a Sanskrit verse teaching students good conduct?

At least identify the text before manufacturing outrage around it.

Krishna Byre Gowda Pulls Up Engineers for Attending Review Meeting Unprepared

Bengaluru City Development Minister @krishnabgowda expressed strong displeasure over the lack of preparedness shown by @GBA_office engineers during a review meeting on the city’s #LEDstreetlight project.

Questioning the officials over the absence of basic data and their inability to answer key queries, the #minister remarked, “You don’t even have basic data. Are you attending meetings just to look at each other’s faces?”

He further criticised the casual attitude of some officials towards government service, saying, “Government employment doesn’t mean you can come and go as you please.”

The minister’s sharp remarks came after engineers failed to present adequate information and preparations during the review of the LED streetlight implementation in the city.

It’s a democracy that allows anyone to demand the resignation of any minister.

Did Dharmendra Pradhan leak the exam? No, but he is accountable. All the people involved in the leak have been arrested.

Did the exam waste students’ year? No. The exam was conducted, and the result is announced.

Also, there isn’t a single competitive exam where students haven’t died by suicide. Forget competitive exams, even school students have died by suicide due to poor results.

CJP is simply taking advantage of the situation, and many of the protesters will learn this the hard way, just as many of us did during the India Against Corruption movement, which gave us leaders even more corrupt.

Only people with low IQs are getting swayed by emotion. Abhijit Dipke and a few others may become leaders by joining one political party or another, while the rest of the protesters will be left with FIRs against them.

A majority of Instagram influencers are getting carried away after watching one-sided videos and know very little about politics. Many of them don’t even know what NEET or the NTA is, or what the CJI’s remarks were.

Instagram influencers are the dumbest of them all.
