Finally tried DDON - it's been a nice change of pace. I've actually played the entire thing solo so far, but plan on giving the co-op a shot soon.
I'm keeping an eye on this DD2 update that's coming, but would like to see actual content added before returning to it.
The plot thickens. At this point, not fully knowing what happened during development is almost more frustrating than the end product.
Best of luck to Itsuno wherever he ends up, and best of luck to Kinoshita, who I assume will take over the IP.
@holyfuror Viktor is the man. Hopefully I'll get to spend more time palling around with him next time I play, now that I can actually afford him.
Thank you again for the Duke artwork. You and the other artists have been one of the best parts of the general lately.
Second playthrough is complete, clocking in at just over 150 hours. Here are my initial thoughts on the state of the game.

I think this is a good point for me to take a break from DD2 for a while until we see any substantial updates, but it was a fun ride.
@MrMcFacepunch I think it would be cool if oxen were sometimes replaced by a catoblepas in unmoored. Another enemy that can induce petrification would be a nice addition.
And of course I still want hydra and living armor to make a return.
Adventuring with Carda (@Virak_109).
Archer pawns are difficult to get action screenshots of! I'm waiting to see if he'll use leaping punt to see what cool midair shots I can get.
@MrMcFacepunch Thank god - was starting to worry we weren't going to be getting any lore threads for DD2 lol
A lot of the quests and characters aren't very interesting, but I loved everything directly tied to the arisen and cycle. I'm excited to see your thoughts on more of that sort of thing.
