Onchain payments can settle instantly and still fall short if they are missing context.
Arc transaction memos add structured context to contract calls so payments, payouts, and financial activity are easier to reconcile, attribute, and connect to internal systems.
→ Invoice IDs
→ Payout references
→ Customer or ledger keys
→ Memo events for indexing and analytics
Fast settlement is only part of the job. Arc is built to make onchain finance usable.

What is autheo?
Autheo Network you know that it is Layer-0 Operating System with an integrated EVM compatible Layer-1 blockchain.
Inside it is another EVM compatible Layer-1 chain.
Autheo says they offer everything in one place:
Identity system
Cloud
Developer tools
AI system
Reality Check:
Having a testnet means the project is making real progress.
But without a mainnet, real adoption has not been proven.
399 validator nodes… 7.5% supply allocated.
You know here Domain created 2014.
Project claim → 4.5 years development
Here, Team claims high level background.
Thanks, @Autheo_Network

Everyone is still sleeping on Base.
While CT argues about memes, @base is quietly onboarding the next wave of the internet.
Coinbase distribution (100M+ users)
Cheap, fast transactions
Real builders shipping daily
Stablecoin economy exploding
AI agents + onchain payments coming fast
This is not just another L2.
It is the backend of the next financial system.
If you’re not paying attention now, you will be exit liquidity later.
Meanwhile, Base is onboarding the next million users.
• Built by Coinbase
• Cheap, fast, EVM native
• Stablecoin economy is exploding
• Builders are shipping DAILY
• AI agents + onchain payments = inevitable
This is not just another L2.
This is where real users show up.
If you are still waiting for the perfect time....
You are already late.

Scale on @base .
Actually it was just amazing 😻 moment for all of us here.
@BaseBengal_base day 4 sapce was just amazing.
What's most interesting to me is that we have and will continue to strive to showcase the @base everywhere. We will continue this work tirelessly.
Base Morning to everyone ❤🟦
It’s a great Wednesday to build on Base 🟦
As promised, I’m sharing a quick recap after every Space, so if you missed yesterday’s discussion, take 2 minutes to catch up ⤵️
[ Note : it's take more that 2hrs to write everything properly, hope you will love it & I know today's recap will be a bit longer but will be worth reading ]
🔵 @BaseBengal_base Day 4 Recap
Yesterday’s space started as a breakdown of x402…
but very quickly, the discussion moved beyond just the protocol - it became about how the next layer of the internet might actually work.
Because once you look closely, x402 is not just a developer feature. It’s an attempt to change how access and value interact online.
---
We began with a simple shift in perspective.
Right now, most of the internet still depends on controlled access like logins, subscriptions, API keys etc.. It's a layers that sit between users and the services they want to use.
Like, In most cases if you want to use a service, you either pay for a full subscription or rely on ads.
But x402 introduces a different model.
Instead of separating access and payment, it connects them.
It enables true pay-per-use - for example, if an AI agent needs just one API call, it can pay only for that single request instead of buying a full credit.
---
When we take a look inside Base, the idea becomes far more practical.
Because Base is already optimized for low-cost, high-frequency activity, with a strong consumer focus and seamless onboarding through Coinbase infrastructure.
In that environment, a payment-native layer like x402 doesn’t just improve efficiency... it also enables continuous interaction at a scale traditional systems struggle to support.
---
The most important connection we explored was with AI agents.
Because agents don’t operate like humans.
They don’t rely on accounts, subscriptions, or manual approvals. Their design is based on continuous execution like accessing data, making decisions, and acting on them in real time.
For that kind of system, friction is not just inconvenient it also limits capability.
x402 fits directly into this model by allowing agents to access services, pay for them, and execute actions within a single, seamless flow.
There is no separation between interaction and transaction.
---
👉 When access becomes programmable, intelligence no longer just uses the internet because it starts operating within it.
At that point, AI agents move from being tools to becoming participants inside an economic system.
---
We also looked at what this means at the ecosystem level.
If this model begins to scale, the shift won’t come from one big change, but from a steady increase in small interactions like :
More requests
More micro-transactions
More continuous value flow
Instead of isolated actions, activity becomes ongoing and programmatic.
That shift alone can redefine how value moves across a network and which is why we emphasized that AI agents are becoming an important part of future "Economic growth."
---
Then a moment came that changed the tone of the entire space.
While discussing x402, I noticed someone had been listening quietly for a long time and later realized that @0xkacperrr0, one of the Base Advocate leads, had spent over 30+ minutes in our discussion.
That kind of presence is not accidental.
Really appreciate your presence, sir 🙏🏻
It reflects something simple like when the conversation is clear, grounded, and focused, it naturally attracts the right attention.
We brought him on stage, shared what we’re building through Base Bengal, and had a direct exchange around how x402 connects with the broader agent-driven ecosystem.
---
Another key moment came from @web3nodee
A question that shifted the discussion from opportunity to responsibility :
👉 If AI agents are handling transactions, contracts, and financial decisions… what happens when they make mistakes?
Who is accountable?
It’s a question without a simple answer but an important one.
Because as systems become more autonomous, the risks also become more real.
Speed and efficiency increase, but so does the need for control, safeguards, and clear accountability.
That balance will define how far this model can actually scale.
---
If you connect everything we’ve explored so far, a clear structure starts to emerge :
Stablecoins provide a reliable value layer
AI agents introduce continuous, autonomous activity
x402 enables seamless exchange between services and participants
Together, they point toward a system where value can move as fluidly as information.
And Base is positioning itself right at the center of that shift.
---
Huge thanks to everyone who joined and contributed.
• thanks @sanjeebdas44977 for co-hosting and maintaining the flow
• @0xkacperrr0 for joining, listening, and engaging from the Base side
And the community member who raised the accountability question that added depth where it mattered most
---
We are not just exploring @base anymore.
We are watching a new economic layer of the internet that's taking a big shape step by step 🔵
If you read it till now then I think you got the potential and I will request you join our space directly and ask questions 🤝
Appreciate your feedback in the comments ⤵️
