DON’T CONFUSE EXPOSURE WITH EVALUATION.

Getting your name posted, receiving likes, being tagged on social media, or having a coach follow you can create exposure—but exposure alone doesn’t mean you’re being recruited.

The next step is getting evaluated.

College staffs want to determine whether your ability fits what they need at your position. That evaluation can include your:

• Game film and production
• Size, speed and athletic traits
• Position-specific skills
• Academics
• Character and coachability
• Potential fit within their roster

That’s why simply posting “Check out my film” every day isn’t a complete recruiting strategy.

Get your information in front of the right people, then give them something worth evaluating.

The goal isn’t to be seen by everybody.

The goal is to be evaluated by the programs where you could legitimately fit. 🎯
