@SchraderValves @Kickstarter no, standard mechanical MX mount keyswitches. Every keyboard we sell is hot-swap, so it's easy to change out which keyswitch you're using if you find one that's a close substitute. I know some people think Kailh BOX Jade is similar in feel to buckling springs.

@Tomasthanes @Kickstarter We prefer "compact" ;) It's full-size keys, and we get away with having fewer of them by using "layers"—just like you type shift+1 to get !, on a Preonic you'd type Raise+o to get [. It's not for everyone, but there are quite a few fans out there

The BOX Silent Linear switches have softer springs, no tactile bump, and are silenced.
