@flawedaxioms thank god someone said it. dancing makes me feel like an alien. i cant fake it and cant pretend i understand. it makes me sperg so badly i just avoid it at all costs. if im forced around it i have to try really hard not to get mad as people pressure me to join.
@flawedaxioms@sciad i like doing them single arm high rep light weight. i toss the rope attachment on and grab one ball end and do like 20 reps w 10-15lb, rest 5-10 seconds and run it back for amrap rest 5-10 and do one more set. itll cook you and keep your tendon strain lower.
been dealing w elbow tendonitis and i was put in to the "PT" solution of 20 sets of 5 chinups with 1min rest between sets every 3-4 days until pain is gone.
this is right up my alley but i train 5 days a week so i guess rest days are 100 chinups now...
