Maybe I could’ve finished uni if that had been noticed earlier. Maybe I could’ve found a good job and never burned out, and could’ve avoided CFS…

I was this year old when I heard the term ’twice exceptional’ for the first time and this has been the biggest eye opener for me since my AuDHD diagnosis 8 years ago. I constantly scored top 1 percentile on IQ tests, including an official one for MENSA, but I couldn’t finish uni.

—expected to handle my own life and bills and housing that things just became a train wreck. And even then it took an additional 6 years before I burned out at WORK and they finally took a long hard look at maybe I’m just not lazy and tired.

My two cents on the european (specifically French) heatwave is it’s been 15-20° above seasonal average for almost two weeks

How would the people calling us poor weaklings feel if their temp rose 15° and never stopped? Sure 40° is nothing to you, now how would you cope with 55°?
