Funny how voter fraud was never a real crisis for 250 years, until a fraud became president.

Fox, a network that agreed to pay $787.5 million for lying to you about a stolen election, is not "news." Here's why.

First: Fox's own lawyers have argued in court, more than once, that their hosts shouldn't be trusted as fact.

Second, look at the video text: "Mike Lee says voter fraud is easier to get away with than cheating Olive Garden's never-ending pasta pass." That's how they cast fear. 👇

Illegal voting is a federal felony punishable by up to 5 years in prison. If Olive Garden pasta came with a 5-year prison sentence, not many people would ask for extra pasta, would they?

That's a deterrent working exactly as intended, which is why the actual fraud numbers are microscopic. In the last 30 years of rigorous academic and government study, there is no confirmed case of voter fraud changing a federal election outcome. Not one. That's not my opinion. That's the research.

They're not informing you. They're scaring you into supporting a solution to a problem that doesn't exist.

The SAVE Act is a machine to let politicians choose their voters instead of voters choosing them. And it hits one group hardest: married women. 84% of women who marry take their husband's last name. That means roughly 69 million American women have a birth certificate that doesn't match the name on their driver's license or the name they've voted under for decades.

Brookings analyzed the Heritage Foundation's own fraud database, the most comprehensive right-leaning tracker that exists, and found that in Arizona, going back 25 years and 42.6 million ballots cast, there were only 36 fraud cases, a rate of 0.0000845%. In Pennsylvania, 30 years and over 100 million votes produced just 39 cases.
