@DrJoeAbah Good customer service is something I’m passionate about. I’ve always wondered if Nigerians know what minimum standards are, considering how endemic poor to zero service excellence is. The comments section give a bit of hope that there are some who believe in being served well.
@seuncr8vwox The same Eye Foundation messed up my Dad’s eye but they’re too big to admit. Calling them out hasn’t made them change their ways but this is Naija where sub-par service is celebrated.

@The_olutee @LagosBode @Gidi_Traffic I escaped a nasty hit from an unthinking bus driver just yesterday on Awolowo road who was trying to avoid another driver by swerving into incoming traffic. Needless to say, I still got scratched. The bus drivers are crazy so it’s not a one-sided picture
