I’m so excited to finally share my senior film with y’all! Cariño is dedicated to my beautiful family and culture for keeping me grounded through my college journey. This film is very personal and I’m so grateful that I got to find my voice while making it.
its a great show about the insane personalities that work at a restaurant in LA and a psychotic group of friends but by like season 4 nobody was working there anymore. that is NOT what people wanna see when they describe a reality show that takes place in a restaurant
as someone who loved watching VPR I hate when someone says “we need a reality show about the service industry and all the crazy things customers do” and someone else says “let me introduce you to vanderpump rules” NO ITS NOT WHAT THEY MEAN! STOP SETTING PEOPLE UP!
So humiliating when I go get ice cream with people who order flavors like Earl Gray or Lavender or Lemon and then my greedy ass orders like Chocolate Chipper Double Dipper Brownie Explosion Landslide
my biggest issue moving back to my hometown is seeing all the lush green places I drove past growing up turning into shitty mcmansions and commercial places. We don’t need this, and its making the flooding worse. Stop turning everything into concrete!!!!
I don’t think humans need more technology. I think we need more forests. More trees. More birdsong. More clean air. More places where our nervous systems can finally relax. We’ve spent decades building faster machines. it’s time we start rebuilding the natural world that keeps us alive.
The Taco Bell finger pointing is a psyop to redirect attention from the real culprit, the deregulation and lack of oversight in our food supply. pass it along and live más comrade
ICE claiming that everyone who flees for their lives is “trying to run them over” is so dystopian. Trying to live is declared a death sentence by these monsters.
I am afraid that the United States is getting numb to the fact that we have a federal police force that is extrajudicially executing people in the streets with zero due process or accountability. This must stop!
Emily Henry on Hollywood misunderstanding the romance genre and how some actors treat it as something that’s beneath them:
“A lot of actors think that it’s less humiliating to pretend to be a Beatle than it is to pretend to be in love.”
Lorenzo Salgado built the house his family lives in. He woke up every day at 5am, & bc of that work, his three sons got put through college.
All these people supporting this terror campaign wish they could say they accomplished even a fraction of that.
