@otago Also...it’s not intended for “quick weight loss”, but it’s intended to be used for three weeks for people who need to lose weight for surgery? Sounds pretty close to quick weight loss. And also different than “tackling the obesity pandemic by restricting people to liquid diets.
Remember when dealing with friends or family with mental illness, that your expectations and their progess will always be separate. Its easy to become frustrated when dealing with someone you’re so familiar with but its integral to their growth that you are patient & supportive
