Amazon refund failed. They give a link and ask to connect with customer service and irrespective of any option you click. They ensure u back on same page. U cannot reach their chat or call service wherein you MAY FIND a solution. @amazon @AmazonHelp @amazonIN

23rd Aug ur team confirmed that refund will get credited to bank account within one week. It’s still pending. Can you all as a company help me close this issue. It’s really frustrating. Refund pending from 14th Aug.
