@ryn516@peterfemmejay it’s still distasteful, it doesn’t matter how many people say it! I understand you didnt mean it in the worst way, but please & this isn’t just to you, but it’s a fictional character, hate them, dislike them whatever but what’s the point in bringing real events in it’s odd!!
@carlyraenator@bylerose @rihnaisssance exactly and the episode is two hours 😭 what is everyone doing just skipping through scenes or watching it in like 3x what’s the point
@fatesetareh@SteveJobko@peterfemmejay yess & I do take your point about jancy, I think the writers should have focused more on the individual characters ( which they did in some case with Nancy) rather than the relationships if they were going to end it this way anyway
@pamericachavez but that’s so not what Nancy needs for her development. the man as the saviour, the woman relying on the man. it’s so frustrating when you push these roles 😭😭
@fatesetareh@SteveJobko@peterfemmejay break them up is kind of frustrating, because we won’t truly get to see the characters develop. maybe if they do a flash forward, but even then that is brief and not usually done well
@fatesetareh@SteveJobko@peterfemmejay wounding to jonathons character, because he has lost so much, and to nancy because it almost pushes the narrative woman who are independent can’t be in love. if this had happened earlier in the series, we would have been able to see Nancy actually grow, but waiting till now to
