@InvincibleWheel @TravelodgeUK I booked an accessible room for my brother over Xmas - he arrived Xmas eve at about 4pm to find no accessible room. He was unable to shower.
When I complained to @Travel_Lodge I was told that he’d used the room so only a partial refund. Very poor - won’t use again

@JJSharpers I’ve had 3 mat breaks from response - felt the same as you each time returning. I requested dbl crewing each time and this was accommodated - after a week it was like I’d never been off. Sometimes it’s about knowing there’s a comfort blanket there just in case. You’ll smash it x
