Get some sun on your skin, breathe fresh air, touch grass, drink hot soup, take your vitamins, do some yoga, move your body, say your affirmations. All together, love on yourself a little extra. You deserve it.
I am proud of myself of how good I been getting at communicating with people and being able to express how I feel, it takes a lot of practice but I owe it to myself and the people I love the most so we can continue loving each other the way we need to

@melanincleo Thanksss honey ❤️ other than me not drinking anymore & working out consistently , I think what’s really helping is prioritizing my gut health
