@natalieisfree Has this someone made reports to the police? Made a log of all contact with context? In my experience, the more evidence, the better, but usually difficult to get a non mol without police reports. Are you able to refer to a domestic abuse or appropriate service for support?

What would we say to them? We’d be so kind & gentle, no one can learn an entire new school system and be perfect at it and have their workload under control in a week! We’d support them to understand that.

If this were normal times, and a teacher had just started work at our school, say 7/8 yrs exp, a couple of other schs, would we expect them to have understood all our policies, procedures, protocols and quirky ways in a week? 1/>
