@Parcel2Go opened a case on 16th January as my parcel was lost. Spoke to 2 advisors on live chat and made a formal complaint. Still no joy with getting my refund and Parcel2go never get back in touch as promised. What is taking you so long to deal with this? 😡

@Tesco i’ve just gone on the website to order my weekly online shop. It appears there are no delivery slots or click and collect slots available until 27th December! Surely this can’t be right? I know its xmas but what if you rely on online shopping?

@nextofficial i placed an order on 20th December, supposed to be delivered on or before 28th. States online that it left the warehouse on 23rd Dec. Still have not received anything and no contact from NEXT since 28th December!! What is happening with online orders????

It has been an amazing week, with a bit more luck we may have won it. Unbelievably proud of the boys and their performances. Undefeated throughout the tournament, however missing out on the final due to a penalty shootout. However walking away finishing 3rd and a trophy.

@StagecoachYrks Yes, it was Saturday 27th at 23.20. There were 2 coaches in the stands, one left to Manchester airport and the other one never moved. No other coaches pulled into the stands. The attendant tried to chase it up for me but was told it couldn't be tracked

@StagecoachYrks We were in the station well before 11pm and the bus never turned up. The only coach that left was a National Express to Manchester Airport and there was only one other coach in the stands. The attendant on duty even phoned someone to try and track it. Definitely didnt turn up!
